Specialist Recycling & Waste Management For The Upper Hunter Valley And Beyond.
Sydney Street Projects provides a single, reliable point of contact for households, businesses and estate administrators needing compliant, safe and transparent waste management across the Upper Hunter Valley and beyond.
Partner With SSP - Contact Justin Carter
The SSP Single Point of Contact (SPOC) Framework is a structured, compliant system for managing regulated, hazardous and specialist waste streams.
It simplifies the complex mix of:
NSW legislation
National stewardship schemes
Technical standards
Local facility requirements
WHS and safety obligations
A single cleanout can include batteries, chemicals, e‑waste, gas cylinders, paint, tyres, refrigerants, asbestos and general rubbish.
“Managing that variety we encounter requires an understanding of what applies, who is responsible, where each material must go and how it must get there.”
We’re the one call clients need to make and then we handle the rest.
Clients send the ‘Request A Cleanout Form’ and attach photos (if they are able to - not essential) or simply give us a call to request a site visit.
SSP identifies regulated items and hazards.
We perform a triage to identify regulated items and immediate hazards.
SSP coordinates removal using internal teams and licensed contractors (ARCtick, DG carriers, chemical operators).
Chain of custody records are maintained for every regulated waste stream.
Items are routed to the correct facility, scheme or recycler.
Clients receive one invoice and a clear compliance summary.
Fire & explosion
Toxic contamination
