📋 Every job begins with a structured site safety assessment, inspection or audit to identify hazards before work starts.
📄 All relevant tasks follow documented SWMS and site‑specific risk assessments to ensure safe, consistent work practices.
🚐 We plan travel carefully, especially to Level 2 and Level 3 locations, to protect crew welfare and prevent fatigue‑related risks.
🌦️ We respect weather risks and postpone work when conditions are unsafe. No job is worth a lightning strike or heat‑stress incident.
🦺 All workers and trainees use appropriate PPE for every task. Toolbox talks, inductions and PPE checks are standard practice.
✋ If a site is unsafe, we do not proceed. Workers are empowered to stop work until hazards are controlled.

All trainees are supervised and fully covered by workers’ compensation.
We maintain public liability, workers’ compensation and vehicle/equipment insurance.

We handle and dispose of waste, including hazardous materials, correctly and responsibly.
