B.   Job address and any access notes (gates, keys, parking)

C.  Brief description of the work required (e.g., junk removal, clean‑up, audit)

D.  Preferred dates or timing for the job or inspection

E.   Photos or short video (optional) — attach to your email

If we attend a site to quote and identify significant safety issues, we will contact you immediately and may revise the quote or postpone work until the site is made safe.

We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Photos or videos you provide will be used for quoting, audits, before/after reports or operational records. We will not use images for marketing or public display without your explicit permission.
