Once we understand the job, we’ll provide a written quote outlining:

For larger or complex jobs, we may complete a free on‑site inspection to ensure accuracy.
When you’re happy with the quote, we’ll lock in a date and time that suits you.
You’ll receive confirmation by email or SMS.
We always arrive on time, in uniform, and ready to work safely.
On the day of the job, our team:
A. Completes all work safely and respectfully
B. Follows documented Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS)
C. Conducts a site‑specific risk assessment before starting
D. Keeps you updated if anything unexpected arises
E. Provides before‑and‑after photos on request
